“The hotel and service was outstanding, including the concierge desk. The staff was very professional and attentive. Bravo to the management. We stayed at the executive room on floor 8th and the room was very specious and comfortable, very large bathroom with double sinks, large closet and a large desk for work. The TV had multiple channels and it was easy to navigate. The rooms were quiet, the bed and pillows super comfortable. The only slight negative comment is that early in the morning it……

“Check in was fast and efficient. Parking was easy. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was fresh with a little variety. Overall, very pleased with the hotel. My wife and Son stayed there before and they like it.”

“位於市中心去睇Tango去五月廣場去搭巴士到雅典人書店推分場等等都很方便，酒店樓下有廿四小時便利店對面有廿四小時餐廳，很出名的百年老店咖啡店亦只需要行3分鐘就到。 酒店小缺點就是對住馬路的房間有點嘈吵，開冷氣要通知服務員，有一晚我想開，但係又懶得通知服務員就算啦，有浴缸唔錯可以浸浴。”

“沒拖鞋 沒牙刷 沒梳子 沒熱水壺 也沒有飲用水供應 房卡每天都失效都要每次走到大堂處理 2018年的今日仍然需要付費才能用到Wifi 餐廳早餐每天都一樣、晚餐也非常一般 職員的英語能力一般、服務也沒有，代寄名信片及代查郵費也拒絕了 網上預約用USD計算，但最後收信用卡卻變了AR Peso而且比帳單上更貴”
