Check out this newly renovated bay front cottage! Keep an eye out on the deck of this house, there is a beautiful view of the Mobile Bay and you may even see some local wildlife, including otters! Whenever you enter the house you will see the living room, dining area, and kitchen. As you continue through the house, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed. You will then find 2 more bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, one has a king bed and the other has two twins. Beach access is across Hwy 180 about two blocks down Ebb Tide Lane.
This home is located about one and a half miles from historic Fort Morgan. Just a minute away is Gulf Shores Yacht Club and Marina where you can choose from charter fishing, sightseeing cruises, or rent jet skis. Enjoy the beautiful view of the bay while enjoying some of the best seafood at Tacky Jacks II, all conveniently located just a few minutes away.

This home is pet friendly, small dogs only. 35 lbs or less. Limit two dogs. No other pets allowed. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5 at YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120, PER PET. (It will be itemized on your receipt.)
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
