Would recommend

Family and I stayed and had a great time. Listing was very accurate and property manager was easy to communicate with! Definitely recommend. Right on the beach.

Girls trip!

We had a great stay here for a girls trip! The place was clean and the condo complex was very secure and safe. We absolutely loved the indoor pool area! It's not a far walk to the beach at all over a boardwalk, so very convenient to all the activities while on property. we would love to stay here again!

Girls Trip

Overall, the place was great! It was a quiet location and the community had great amenities. I rated it a 5, but a few improvements could be made. It would have been nice to have some information about local things to do, great restaurants, etc. Also, maybe some more flatware, as we only had enough for one meal before we had to wash them. The pillows in the master bedroom were very comfortable, I actually had to sleep with none as I woke up the first day with neck and head pain.

Perfect little get a way!

This is the perfect place if you are wanting a secluded vacation away from all the hustle and bustle of gulf shores, but still close enough to go into town to do things!

Spring Break Beach Vacation

Nice condo with good amenities. Short walk to the beach. Pools and hot tub were nice options. Kids also enjoyed tennis, pickle ball, and crab hunting on the beach at night.

Beautiful Location

The property was beautiful and the condo was clean. It was exactly as expected! The indoor pool was so convenient when the kiddos didnt want to get sandy! We were able to get to town easily as well restaurant. Communication was great for check in and out, we had no issues so we didnt have to reach out during our stay. Easy access to the pools, beach, and tennis courts!

Love the location

We like the more low key environment here. The condo was nice, our poor cleaning people were having to change out mattresses so they took longer time at our check in and didn’t get around to cleaning out the freezer or floors which was fine. They were very nice and apologetic. Overall it was a good condo and beach.

March vacation

The property was great. The views were wonderful. The place was clean. The only issue we had was that we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for the week and only one packet of dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. Otherwise the place was as fantastic!!

Family time spring break

loved the beach! nice to also have the swimming pools, hot tub, shuffle board, tennis court, horse shoes. And green space where we played frisbee and kicked a soccer ball. It rained one day we were there, which meant not a lot of people on beach, so the dolphins came out. We could see them from the balcony.

Mini vacay

Beautiful condo with plenty of space for a large family ! Only suggestion would be to add some mirrors in the bedrooms ( a lot of girls trying to get ready at the same time was very challenging! LOL) Kitchen had everything we needed but I thought it could use a few more pots & pans? Joyce was very prompt answering any questions we had! Communication was so easy! We had a great time and would definitely like to go back!

Beach time

Unit smaller than pictured. Problem with refrigerator door not closing, oven would not turn off once it was turned on. It was fixed so appliance guy said but we were fearful to turn it back on. Scanty amount of flat ware. Nice pots & pans, nice furniture in living area, queen & double beds comfortable. Good pillows We had to buy toppers for bunks.

Modern, Cozy condo

Joyce’s place was perfect for my large family. My kids loved the bunk room because they didn’t have to share a bed with a sibling. The kitchen was well stocked, but we didn’t do a ton of cooking. I loved that you can see the ocean from the balcony. I didn’t love that the bedroom lights are controlled by a remote control. The remote in the bunk room was broken and was difficult to turn lights on or off. Also, the cleaning crew didn’t do a thorough job before we arrived. The shower in the master bath had a shower comb with hair in it left behind by the previous guest. I let Joyce know and she said she’d address it with the cleaning crew. Overall, we had a great time and felt very comfortable. We would stay again!

Loved this place so much!

Wanted to take the family for a quick getaway while I had time off work. This condo did not disappoint. Everything seemed brand new. The owner told me it had just been renovated. The view from the balcony was fantastic! So much room to move around in the condo, you do not feel cramped. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed breakfast on the 1st floor at Sassy Bass. Our boys played basketball and golf while we were there. My wife and I enjoyed quiet time on the beach which was just a short walk. I loved that this unit was on the beach and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the owner was very responsive to our questions. Truly could not have asked for a better getaway. Thank you so much!

Fun friend trip

We had a great time. Overall the room was relatively clean. There were some items that were covered in dust and some spatter of some kind (maybe shampoo, lotion or toothpaste???) on the wall and back of door in the master bathroom. The master shower walls also had hair and shave clippings on the walls. We pretty much had everything we needed for our stay though. We had a large party so the pull out sofa was used and the mattress topper was a HUGE help. Bunk beds weren’t very comfortable as you could feel the wood beam through the mattress. Lots of extras in the washer/dryer area for the beach. One suggestion would be a list of rules for the property and maybe a map of the amenities.

All the Bunk Beds!!!

The host was absolutely amazing with communication and quickly getting back when questions came up. The room full of bunk beds was wonderful for two large families sharing a trip. We also fit two pack n plays in the bunk room. There is enough space in the master and 2nd guest bedroom to fit a pack n play as well. The closets have plenty of space to fit any travel gear and the kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space. The breakfast bar was super convenient for serving kids and the chair backs and arms wrapped around and up high enough that we didn’t worry about any little kids falling out at the bar. The trash chute is right next door to this unit which is extremely convenient (with so many people, there’s a lot of trash). Although the elevator is right outside the unit we never heard it dinging or other guests coming/going. The property was clean but there was some staining in the kitchen and bathrooms. Extra towels would have been great since most of us showered a few times a day after playing in the ocean but it was remedied by washing a load of towels each morning and evening. I’m sure with how amazing the host is it would have been addressed had I thought to ask for more towels. The washer and dryer is in the closet of the bunk room so keep in mind if the kids are light sleepers it might not be possible to do laundry during sleep times. The Property managers are quick to make sure to put out dryers in the common areas to quickly address any wet floors.

Wonderful

The condo was immaculate and there was enough room that everyone had their own bedroom. Having to ask questions when we arrived for the hostess, she was on the ball and answered me quickly. A little far from our favorite restaurants but we still had good choices for eating out nearby. Thanks Joyce for all you did for us when we arrived and had questions!!! Loved the condo.

We had the best time on the beach and loved this condo so much! We had plenty of room for 8 people to sleep, great property, comfortable beds, functional kitchen, everything was great! I can’t wait to stay there again!
