The large open floor plan and all the detailed touches make it the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. Lounge on the large open deck, or enjoy breakfast and dinner in the shade of the private screened-in porch without ever compromising your view. When you are ready to enjoy the beach just take a stroll down the boardwalk to the water's edge. The first floor features an open and spacious living area that includes 2 master suites with whirlpool tubs, a fully equipped galley kitchen with a wine refrigerator, a dining area for 6, and a large laundry/utility room. The gorgeous custom-made oak spiral staircase leads to a charming open loft area with breathtaking panoramic views, a 4-poster bed with luxury bedding, an attached half bath, and a library and sitting area. Other amenities include flat-screen televisions & DVD players in each bedroom and living room and a concrete parking pad.
Minimum Age Requirement of 25. This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Main Seasons unless the calendar is already broken up or the requested time is approved by the homeowner.

Beach Vacation July 2024

The house was perfect. We had a small group of 5 so there was more than enough room. The beachfront and beach access was exactly what we were wanting. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to family and friends. Thanks for allowing our family the privilege of staying in this lovely house.
