“This was a very nice stay with an excellent cleaning staff and a customer service phone staff that helped me get checked in. Checking in was a horror story as I do not have a smart phone and did not have internet available as I was travelling. NO WHERE in the emails I received at home indicated that I needed a smart phone to check-in. The reservation was made and paid in full (for a stay on 11 May 2026) in Dec 2025. The property was spectacular in every way, but the check in experience……

“Cons: You have to sign out a hair dryer or ironing board and they didn’t have them available on the first day because they were signed out by others. The bed frame is very flimsy and made noise whenever you moved around in bed. Pros: Good for the price. Clean. Easy parking. Locked lobby after hours.”

“We came here for a short trip and it was perfect. The hotel was clean, the beach was great, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was sufficient. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“The staff was super friendly. Food was fantastic. Extremely clean. The room was spacious with a nice balcony. We met very nice people at the pool. The resort guests were a mix of families and couples. It is not a high rise hotel, so there was plenty of sun. The prices were very affordable. I would highly recommend. We are planning on going back!”
