“The location is excellent. Disappointed due to room quality, cleanliness and noise. There are different types of rooms which varied in levels of cleanliness and comfort. We initially stayed in a room that was in poor condition, particularly the bathroom and toilet, which were in an unacceptable state. The bedroom itself was just fine but very noisy. We then requested a change and were offered another room, which turned out to be even worse. After moving our belongings, we returned later that……

“We appreciate big helps from the owner of this riad. One of us got sick and had a fever. The owner gave us a favor to purchase medicines and provided a lot of heated water and teas to us. This riad was decorated with classical Islamic sculptures and furnitures. Each bed was equipped with electric heating blanket which made our sleeping very comfortable. Don't miss rooftop terrace with stunning sunset and medina view.”

“Polite, quiet family run property. Rooms and communal areas are very clean, although a little shabby. Plenty of hot water, towels etc. Bed was super comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen has basic equipment but as there are masses of eateries locally, you won't really need anything. Located in a quite area of the Medina, with bakeries and food stalls within minutes walk. A very chilled out and relaxing place to stay.”

“Der Hotelname ist je nach Zimmer irreführend. Unseres lag im Erdgeschoss, direkt Gegenüber der Rezeption. Von Sky View war also nicht die Rede. Insgesamt aber neues und sauberes Zimmer.”

“接待人員非常不專業也不親切，房間空調也差，晚上很冷，寢具清潔也有問題，一家人住了一晚多人第二天皮膚都過敏起疹子，唯一的優點是早餐還不錯，實話一句，不推薦”
