Clean room, basic breakfast but good, only thing I would have liked was kettle/tea/coffee making facilities, it should be noted that it was clear on the facilities notes that there was only a fridge in the room. "A fantastic property - immaculate with so many things well thought out. Great location, peaceful but with in easy reach by car of lots of beaches and places to visit and eat out. Air con and pool wonderful & so appreciated. Kitchen boasts everything you need. Two toilets - excellent and shower so good. Bedrooms comfortable with plenty of storage. Balcony such a treat with views of the sea. Outside space more than adequate. Really appreciated prearranged groceries ready for us when we arrived, as well as cool bag & ice blocks - used every day. Washing line, pegs and a beautiful cat - all we could have wished for and more! Couple of queries with host responded to very promptly. Make sure you go and eat in Kalavarda square restaurant - warm welcome, eating with locals and the best meal by far. Thank you!"

Needed more seating needed for all inclusive and bars and bar staff to serve when busy. We paid for an upgraded room and it was newly refurbished on the 1st floor. Bathroom modern and views overlooking the garden and sea view. Beautiful 😍"

"The service in the hotel was excellent, the best I've experienced in Europe and rivals what you get in the USA. I have a severe food allergy, but it was no issue whatsoever eating here. On arrival, I had an allergy meeting booked with a food and beverage manager, Jessica, who talked me through my options both within the buffet main restaurant and the a la carte specialist restaurants. Andreas within the main restaurant was a superstar, each day would approach me and ask what I fancied and he went away and ensured it was freshly made from the chefs to ensure no cross contamination from the other food available to guests. My sole visit to the a la carte restaurant at Kuzina was once again a very comfortable experience with my allergy, our server ensured I had my own portions of food which was suitable for me and served the regular menu to my wife. At no point was my allergy an inconvenience to anybody at the hotel, it was an extremely comfortable experience dining here. It's also a very family friendly hotel, with kids activities and play groups available for different ages."
