“Tolle Anlage; super nettes Personal!”

“Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The resort is large but very well organised, with different areas suitable for families, couples of all ages and groups of friends. Even though it was fully booked, it never felt overcrowded. The setting is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the staff were consistently extremely kind and welcoming. The room was comfortably cool thanks to the air conditioning, but remained quite humid. We reported a poorly draining shower on the first day; although someone……

“Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, leider ist es nur viel zu teuer für das, was es ist. Halbpension lässt zu wünschen übrig, man gibt extra viel geld aus für getränke und mittagsessen. Selbst beim Abendessen ist kein wasser inklusive. Für den Preis gibt es richtig gute all inclusive hotels. Der strand war nicht direkt beim hotel, man kann aber mit dem buggy hingefahren werden. Abends ab 21-22 Uhr war nichts mehr los im Hotel, keine Aktivitäten und Shows oder ähnliches. Etwas schade, würde mich……

“I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep……

Although there was was only one restaurant, the buffet served different meals throughout our holiday. There was also pizza and gyros available at the beach.”

“Overall it was a good vacation. The hotel is very big, with a lot of different pools, also some for smaller kids. But it was very difficult to find a place near the pools, as most of the guests were reserving them since very early in the morning, although it is written that it is not allowed, and the stuff will remove the towels if there is noone using them, but i never saw anyone doing that.
