The room was smelled musty as soon as we walked in. The bathroom had an opening around the tub where water was getting in the wall, which was the reason for the smell. The tried to fix it with caulking but the gap was still big. The sheets and pillow case had hair on it from. The room hadn't been wiped down in ages. The plug cover was disgusting. I have never seen one so bad. When we checked out the desk guy said we were the second complaint in a half hour. We booked a different hotel and suggest you go the same. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Just opening the door first time said it all. Door is broken. Lamps desk looked like they never got wiped down. bed looked clean from a visual standpoint but woke up the next day with red itchy bite marks on my back, arm and my face. There were tiny ants in the sink in the bathroom. We had to check out a day early due to a death in the family and the hotel refused to refund the unused night althought there was nothing on their website about no refunds. The heat was turned up full and I had to get up at 2 am and put on a track suit to get warm in bed . I did not stay on the Sunday night as I left and told them before I left on Sunday morning at 9:30\. Disappointed !!
