Check in desk clerk was speaking on her cell phone the entire time she waited on me. She never mentioned wifi or the password, quickly told me the breakfast hours and where the room was located and literally nothing else. The next morning the toilet clogged and ran over. As the guest I used a plunger and cleared the clog. I had to request disinfectant wipes to clean the toilet and bathroom floor. Housekeeping did not service our room that day at all. There was a mini refrigerator in the room but no shelves in it. There was an ice/vending/laundry room that I didn't discover could be opened with the room key until check out when I requested it to be opened to get some ice. Overall I felt like an interruption at check in and after reporting the toilet overflow issue and doing a light surface cleaning with the only thing available to me only to discover that no housekeeping was done to the room I felt more like an inconvenience and am greatly disappointed in the service provided for our stay. The room had a verrry funky odor and spraying Lysol only made it worse. The Toliet seat has a crack in it. The top border of the curtain was stained very badly as if from a bad water leak. We had to bring cooked food for my grand daughter because of her health conditions and was not able to heat because the room had no microwave. So had to reach out to friends to come over to heat her food. And the breakfast was worse than what’s served at a truck stop.
