Premier, modern, fully renovated, Beach home...stroll to the beach in 3 minutes!

This fully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom with Heat and AC home has been newly updated and furnished with new beds and furniture and all appliances. The open concept layout of the home offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation at the beach. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful cherry shaker cabinets. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and a coffee maker. There is a bistro table that seats 4 and a spacious dining table that seats 8.The sun-porch is bright and inviting and includes a bar made from shipwreck wood from Hampton beach the bar seats 6 and a roomy couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed for 1. the porch also has games, TV and surround sound. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with queen sized beds, and one bedroom with two twin sized beds. Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Including the futon we can comfortably sleep 12-15 guests.We provide all linens however we do not provide beach towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently available in the home for laundry. There is a 65'' flatscreen TV in the living room, an incredible sounding stereo, and 2 comfortable sectional couch. The large deck in the backyard is a great place to spend your vacation days outdoors with family and friends. The home is located on a quiet street with views to the marsh, where one may see breathtaking sunset views. The home is within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer; you can walk to the sandy beach, boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, and shops in just minutes. Parking is available at the home for up to 4 cars. Please don't hesitate to ask for any special requests or long term rental deals. Great location and a nice place with lots of space, rooms and amenities. The reason I took 1 star off was because the grill was a real mess and the downstairs bathroom has a bad odor.

Great Place

We loved our stay! It is difficult to find a great place that has enough space for my big family but this was perfect. The game room was extra family space and allowed people to watch tv while other people could play games. Remember to bring your beach towels.

The place to stay at Hampton Beach!

What an amazing property and an equally wonderful host! As a group of 8, we had plenty of space and the bedrooms were super cozy and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and having access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. Plenty of parking and a great deck/backyard. Would absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic Property

We had an amazing stay in this big, beautiful house. We rented it for 2 nights, the night before and night of our all day fishing trip. We had a big group and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a great place to relax, with a short walk to the boardwalk for those that wanted to explore.

We stayed a week at Micah's place while visiting family in Hampton Beach. The location was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house was well stocked with supplies and there was planty of room for all guests. The decor was amazing and there were plany of games to entertained. Micah was great at responding to questions quickly. We loved this place so much, we've already booked for next year!

Beach house in the Snow

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property in Hampton Beach. We were able to walk to walk local nara and restaurants. We stayed here in the winter but could imagine it being a very active and fun place to stay in the summer. Micah, the owner, was very responsive!

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed the stay. The location was quiet and a convenient walk to the beach. The opened concept on the first floor allowed for easier conversations. We appreciated having space for our teenagers to have their own area to hang out.
