“Property was nice and the pool was nice. It was very clean. It just didn’t have TVs or decoration or porch chairs. It was a just an apartment with two beds essentially. Also, didn’t have enough bathing towels. ”

“Greg is a 5 star host! He greeted me upon arrival and walked the property and apartment with me. He also had local places to visit(similar to hotel stays). Greg's hospitality beats most large hotel concierge service. The apartment is truly amazing, beautiful, and clean. The surrounding areas are a true nature lovers dream!”

“This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. There were little snacks in jars, coffee and creamer, plenty of soap (not just the little hotel bottles, but large refillable ones so you can wash yourself properly), and they weren't stingy on……

“My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!”

No problems with check in however my husband forgot to get our Peanut Butter eggs out of the refrigerator when he left. I sure hope someone else was able to enjoy them! They are a special treat in our hometown each year to celebrate Easter!”

“The location is great! It is convenient to UF campus, restaurants, and shopping while being in a quiet neighborhood. We brought our dog and he loved the large, fenced-in backyard. My husband walked him early each morning and the neighbors stopped to chat - so nice! The house has everything you need for cooking - even the grill was in great shape which isn't always the case at rental units. The beds were comfy, the a/c amazingly cold :-), and there was a large water heater so no one took cold……

“We had an amazing time at the property from beginning to end. The home is blessed with a large yard and also a lot of lake frontage for all of your activities. The green house is fully stocked with floats, fishing poles, and life jackets, and yard games for your enjoyment. My 3 year old loved building sand castles down at the sandy beach while we floated in the water and our lab puppy swam around. We felt right at home, whether we were watching a movie in the living room, or hanging out in the……

“Our group included aunts and uncles, sons and daughters, mothers and fathers, and a few friends stopped by for a barbecue in the backyard. Perfect place to celebrate a celebrate a special occasion close to campus. Communication with the host was especially good - he helped us out and made the stay special. Highly recommended.”

“We loved staying the house. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All rooms are clean. Quite neighborhood but there is a neighbor who walks Rottweiler dog without leash. And their dog is not on leash so we could not walk our dog. Very beautiful place and absolutely enjoyed our stay.”
