Our stay was beyond fantastic and for exceed our expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even stayed after hours to help us. Can’t speak enough about the breakfast oh my goodness if you’re wanting a fantastic breakfast while you stay in Gainesville, make sure you eat at the Sweetwater Branch Inn. Most importantly, they were accommodating to our furry friend and made his stay memorable.

The property was very nice. A very unique setup with the all the rooms in different eclectic buildings. It is near lots of things to do including the Kanapaha botanical gardens. Beautiful. Short walk to shops and restaurants.

The Inn is made up of late 1800s early 1900s homes. It's like taking a step back in time. Warm and cozy atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. A hot breakfast and a full EV battery to start my day. I couldn't ask for anything better. I had a brief yet lovely chat with the owner when I was checking out too. Brand name hotels are fine but you're often just reservation number 1234xyz. Here, you're treated as a welcomed guest. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! I've been here twice before already.

Beautiful property with very friendly staff. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. The pool area and gardens are very well maintained and so peaceful. A lot of magical feeling areas that make for pretty pictures. Would be an amazing place for a wedding. We can't wait to visit again.

This was the cutest little bed and breakfast in Gainesville, Fl. The home was comfortable and the rooms were large and had everything I needed. I didn’t hear any of my neighbors. The property is laid out well and all the staff were incredibly nice and informative. Breakfast was good and a decent set of options. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms are truly unlike those found in any standard hotel. It looks and feels like a room from the 19th century with modern conveniences. Matching the beautiful outdoor architecture. The staff is also very helpful and attentive. In addition the breakfast is outstanding. Freshly cooked not heated up in a microwave.
