We loved this inn! The owner and all the staff were exceptional. Inn and grounds are very nice. Peaceful atmosphere despite being on a main road. Its close to lots of great things to do.We will definitely be coming back. Make sure if you're planning to use the hot tub, you need to go out and turn up the heat circulator on the hot tub 15 min before you want to get in.

The inn is very charming and has spa vibes. The gardens were beautiful and romantic. We stayed at the Rochelle room in one of the further cottages from the main building. The room was clean and unique, had some cute decorations. The bed was very comfortable. I put my head down and I was asleep in no time. The reason for our visit was to tour the university of Florida, and we were able to explore it with Inn’s provided bicycles ( what an awesome surprise to find out that it was one of Inn’s amenities). The breakfast was in a very relaxing area of the building. It was good, but I wished it had some more fruit ( they only provided tangerines and green apples). The breakfast lady was preparing a whole huge bowl of different fruit in the kitchen during our breakfast in the morning, which we thought it was for the breakfast, but it turned out she was cutting it for tomorrow’s breakfast ( we were leaving today 🙁). So tomorrow’s breakfast might be better than today’s breakfast. We tried to use the heated pool and jacuzzi, but the pool was too cold and the jacuzzi had too low level water, and it would not heat up enough even after waiting for 15 minutes. Would we stay again? I think so! The front office staff was nice and the place is charming. We walked to Dragonfly Sushi restaurant for dinner and it was amazing! And then we walked across the street of that restaurant for ice cream at Mayday. They had the most unusual and delicious flavors of ice cream we ever tried.

Beautiful Inn with courtyards, gardens and wonderfully restored guest houses and Inn. I will return here whenever I am in Gainesville. I loved the staff, owner, accommodations and my little cottage with rocking chairs to enjoy reading on the porch.

Such a great find! Totally adorable cottages and amenities. Felt like something out of a movie. As everyone else has said, the breakfast was great and so unique. We had the hot tub to ourselves which was good because it’s definitely small but was great to have after a long drive. Pool looked like it could use some TLC but wasn’t bad. Don’t think the heater was on though either. Walkable to several spots. We tried V Pizza and the wings were incredible. Only downside would be that it’s surrounded by areas that seem a bit sketch. Still 5 stars for me though!

This was a very charming place to stay at. The staff was friendly and were accommodating when we needed a late check-in time. We also brought our dog and liked that there were several pet-friendly rooms. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in Gainesville!

We have stayed in many places, but this was perhaps our favorite of all time. From the beautifully renovated homes to the welcoming well kept garages to the exemplary staff, we look forward to returning again. Well worth it!
