"The spa was fabulous! Yasmine is excellent… cheerful, efficient and great at giving treatments!!! Solemon at the front desk was a lifesaver for me. No one spoke English and I couldn’t book a bus online with a US credit card so he made the res snd paid for it with his credit card and Zi reimbursed ..."

"First of all this is not a hotel. It is a very badly kept time sharing mega complex. Stray dogs all around, barking all night. There is no air conditioner in the rooms. It was a very hot week, room temperature was unbearable. Service non existence. Food poor. Buildingand surroundings need fixing ..."

spacious, but lacking
"one night stay, glad it wasn't any longer. Staff were friendly but the room and furniture is very dated, chair covers were threadbarren, and cleanliness was not great. And there was no shower!!! A really big soaking pit for the thermal bath experience(?) but no shower."
