"I would give this property 100 stars if I could. We were so grateful when we arrived and found this house to be even better than we expected. It is super cute, extremely clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of 5.This home met every need, and more! "The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The location convenient, allowing us a stop nearly exactly 1/2 way between our previous stop and home. Only issue: We were hoping for a ground-floor, no-stairs entrance to the room and unfortunately, we didn't realize that the ground-floor room we reserved was not actually a no-stair access room. We can do stairs, but we use wagons to transport our luggage and coolers when we travel so stairs, even just two or three steps, make it challenging to move our stuff to our room. (Back/Joint injuries). When we made the reservation we confirmed there were no elevators and specifically requested a ground-floor room. We did not realize there were 2-3 steps to get into the building itself. In the photos, we noticed sliding-glass doors out to the parking lot so we assumed we'd be able to park just outside our room and access it using the sliding glass doors pictured and roll right in. However, the room was on the other side of the building, where there was no lights, parking lot or sidewalk, only grass, and the sliding door didn't appear to open anyway. Not a huge deal, we made more trips, and staff and other people staying jumped in to help us lift our wagon up and down the few steps. Other than that, we were quite happy with the room and would book again (just make sure we got a room on the side of the parking lot, or bring our small ramp!). Peace!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Kenoza Lake View Manor. It is a lovely old house and yet very quiet (didn't hear squeaky floors). It was a little bit of a challenge climbing the staircase up to the third floor, but when we got there our room was cozy. The bed was quite comfortable. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it gave us the fuel we needed before we headed off for more adventures. The best part was the Manor's convenient location to the Bethel Woods Center for the Performing Arts where we went to hear Josh Groban. All-in-all, it was a great birthday gift from my spouse."

"The location is great, the property is beautiful, the breakfast was ah-mazing, and Delanie is super cool! We opted for a suite in the barn which was super spacious and far nicer than the big expensive hotel we stayed at the night before in Philadelphia. It's very close to Bethel Woods and this area has a lot of fun country roads that I could spend all day on. Though we stayed for a concert, I will be back to check out the surrounding area!"

"Not many Motels are excellent but this one was way above what we expected. Private outdoor seating for each room. Nice bathroom and great kitchette with a decent size mini fridge/freezer was a nice surprise. We were greeted with s'mores 'round a campfire on Friday night. Come on that's cute as heck. I heard from a reliable source that the place is undergoing "upgrades". We didn't hear a thing."

"Super enjoyable place for large families. We have a family retreat almost yearly. Our family is large and we have rented from Myrtle Beach to Moosehead lake, and truly i think this is our favorite spot. Its elevation allows a beautiful constant breeze, big country valley viewing, and great star skapes. Bonus, no ticks nor mosquitos. House has everything, big open layout. Plenty of sleeping areas, 2 large kitchens. Large open floor plan. Kids loved the pool table. Private pond offered great swimming and fishing. Large open outdoor areas are great for family functions. Place is remote with plenty of privacy. We are all looking forward to coming again. Thanks to hostess Scott and Ann, our stay was great!"
