"Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I had a room in the red house facing the garden. Room was nice and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Hotel is awesome and cleaning staff was top notch. Rooms were nice and front desk staff was super helpful. The area is a little shady with lots of homeless and drug addicts nearby. Didn’t feel unsafe for me but you are definitely reminded that you are 200m from the central train station. Their underground parking was excellent and safe for my rental car."
"Very quiet, yet central location. Lots of walkable dining options of any price range. Apartment was very well maintained and had a very warm and modern interior. good size and lots of windows and natural light"

"This is a great location in the city because is near the train station (Hbf) where the S- & U-bahn, buses and taxis are plentiful. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and nonsmoking. It is an older building and has an elevator, but there are often steps to negotiate on each floor. "
"We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and were very impressed with its cleanliness and general condition. The King size room with a lake view was ideal for our stay. Sufficient space and amenities within the room. The hotels great location is very convenient for exploring Hamburg within walking distance to the central station and also close to bus and MRT stops. The nearby lake is great for walking or cycling around. We didn't eat within the hotel as there are many good options nearby and also a well stocked supermarket"
"Right from check in to the room amenities and condition, it was perfect. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety. Location of the property is also very central and close to the shopping area."
