"We were told the owners of our room decided to stay, so we were sent across town. Absolutely unacceptable. Will not use Hotels or ever attempt to stay here again. A room booked weeks ahead on your website should be honored. The owners should not be allowed to do that to paying guests. "

"I traveled with my husband and 5 kids (18,16,2, 11 month twins) and this place was perfect for us. It was plenty of room and we didn't feel smothered. The washer and dryer was a great accommodation as well as the pots and pans. We planned on cooking most of our meals to save money, so that was helpful. The staff was attentive and quick when we needed more towels and trash bags. It is a little outdated, but I noticed that most of the places we went to were pretty outdated. The check in was in a different area, which was ok but the traffic going across 76 was hard to go through. Overall I'd recommend this place to anybody. "

"Clean and spacious room but walls are kinda thin because you can hear noise from outside. Refrigerator is noisy. Bathroom would be nicer if there’s more counter space. Otherwise, the property was nicely updated and has great amenities. Indoor pool was okay but kind of small. Outdoor pool features waterfall. Friendly staff. Quick check-in and check-out. "

"The room was dusted, and floors hadn't been vacuum ever. Had a dirty odor. Iron not working. Notified staff 3 times, didn’t get one. We had to wear wrinkled clothes the whole time there. Bathroom mirror you could write your name one it from glass had so much scum on it. I will neved spend 871.00 to stay in a place for 3 nights and it was a a dirty MESSY! I wish I could get my money back. I have stayed here 3 times over the last 5 or 6 yrs and it was the best. Never again would I stay here nor recommend anyone to this place. 😕 Annie Woods/COO "

"While i absolutely loved the property itself, it was the minor details that left the most impact. They really pay attention to their tenants. I had mentioned the patio, coffee and my bible. While, upon check in there was christian music playing when we entered the property. Thise are the small things that make everything. To know somone payed that much attention to me without even knowing me personaly, then took that extra step to create such a warm welcome, well, needless to say that kind of LOVE seems to be rare in this world anymore. "The Ozarker has made the most out of their property. Even with the smaller, motel-sized rooms and the temps too cold most days to take advantage of the pool, our family of five did great. The bunks-above-queen beds combo worked well with no creaking. The lobby/bar area is not sterile like most hotel lobbies - it has an amazing, welcoming vibe with plenty of family-friendly games and activities. Between that space and the beautiful creek area in the back, our family had no problem enjoying our downtime between outings. Breakfast was great - there was a warm option and overnight oats every day, alongside standard cold options. We’ll be staying here again next time we visit Branson!"
