"Host was good. Room requires updating. Recent plumbing work was not completed. Sheetrock repairs unfinished. Pipe compound smeared on wall, Toilet, sink in master bath. Refrigerator light is out. Freezer compartment has a lot of rust. Tub drain looks corroded. Toilets drain slowly. Bed is comfortable sheets and comforter are adequate. HVAC works well. Exterior is great."

"Check in was a VRBO problem, not the property itself. There were two options for gate opening but only one worked. It was OK. We used the one that worked. A few rough spots in the condo. Disturbed by rug corners sticking up causing tripping. Set things on them to be sure we 80 yo did not fall. W/D closet doors were broken. Kitchen sink in bad shape. Nicely equipped kitchen.
