  • Welcome to 8 Rice Lane! This elevated two-story home offers ample space for your family and canine companion! With a large private pool and wooded view for extra privacy, this home is sure to please.

    The main level of the home offers a comfortable living area with a sectional sofa and Smart TV. Brand-new LVP flooring spans the home, with coastal tones throughout. The living area is open to the dining area, which also gives easy access to the top deck overlooking the pool area.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook a meal for your family. A breakfast table offers seating for 4, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

    Two of the four bedrooms are located on the main level. Both bedrooms have king beds and share access to a newly renovated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

    Up the stairs, you'll find the two remaining bedrooms. One room has two full beds, while the main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private, renovated bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

    Outside, you'll find a large, elevated pool and deck- the perfect spot to cool off after a long day at the beach! Guests also have access to a gas grill.

    Guests of this Sea Pines Hilton Head rental can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just 2 miles away- an easy bike or car ride.

    Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines requires each vehicle to have a gate/car pass. Car passes are $17.00 per car per week.

    Pet Policy: This home is dog-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs MAX; 70 lbs per dog. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225 per dog.

    Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

The rental company was great! We had a few issues with the house….a lot of the sea pines homes are a bit older. They had someone out to fix them immediately. That being said, this house could use some upgrades. The bathroom shower we were unable to get hot water except twice all week. The toilet wouldnt flush initially, and then was clogged, after hours of course…..which left one bathroom for the whole family. The master bedroom was hot, and had a stand up air conditioner in the room to make it tolerable. And one of the bedrooms upstairs had a mock door on it, so you could hear everything being said or from downstairs. Hard for sleeping. Super clean, great rental company to work with….but I prob wouldnt choose this house ever again. It was older house problems overall. Good location!
