"First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. "Our stay at Chapa Ecolodge was fantastic. The staff were very friendly, and accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The cabin lived up to the online photos. It was clean, comfortable and well kept with breathtaking views from the cabin and around the property. The food was very good, with lots of options and the free breakfast was also enjoyable. The location is perfect. Close to Sa Pa but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the valley. Our only complaint would be that the short road, around 600m, from the property to the main road is quite rough. However, grab is still available right to the property entrance and only takes a short wait. There is no doubt we would stay here again if given the opportunity."

"The surroundings are lovely, the room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. It wasn’t the weather for the pool so didn’t swim but I imagine it to be perfect on a hot day. One of the most relaxing stays I’ve had anywhere with kind friendly staff and delicious well priced food. The hotel offers one free taxi either to or from town when you arrive which was really useful for me leaving on a Sunday morning. Highly recommend. Waking up to the view of the fields and hills in the morning was a delight. Thank you to all the staff. "
