Definitely the staff, outstandingly polite, nothing was too much for them throughout our stay. Room was clean, comfortable bed, room temperature was pleasant, but the bathroom door locked us out. We had fix it ourselves, so maybe something you could look into going forward.
Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant area and yet again the team were so focused on their service. Breakfast was served even after we were 5 minutes late and they yet again delivered a high standard throughout. Although the breakfast orange juice was an acquired taste, not the best.
Hard to find a parking space, even though we had reserved one with sending our registration number through.
The one thing that was an issue was carrying our luggage up three flights of stairs. We both have back problems and found that it was very uncomfortable experience. No mention of that on the website, so maybe that could be looked into for future reference.
