“Great place, much bigger than anticipated. GPS was tough to use to get to this place because the map thinks it’s inside the tunnel. Once we figured that out it was very easy to get to and a quick walk to the shops/cafes at the port. Awesome to have the opportunity to wash clothing as well, was hard to figure out the machine but that’s just because we’re English speaking ! Great place! ”

"It is one of the most horrible experience in my life! The hotel is so dirty that have spider in the room. Even you requested for a room cleam up service, they just change your rubbish bin and fix the bed. They won’t clean the floor (even many dust and hair on the floor), won’t help you to change cups (even you have used and write a memo to remind them) and they won’t refuse any tissue! I definitely won’t stay here again and the only thing that have a credit here is the breakfast, it is beyond my expected."
