"Not my first time at this property and definitely not my last. Anytime I’m in town, it’ll be one of the top three considered! The rooms are clean, the amenities are wonderful! I especially love glassed in shower with great water pressure! The beds are very comfortable! Guest services are always very friendly and helpful!"

"I was very welcomed here and you don't get that at every hotel. The staff is so friendly and really helped while we were spending some quality time with my mom before her surgery. They treat you like family from the front desk to the kitchen. Which the breakfast is amazing. The ladies do a fantastic job. Only down fall is Greenville is getting kind of rough, but still a lot to do here as well still nice people even though are some bad eggs out there. "

"The original room I got was not cleaned properly. The front dest staff Trinity took great care of me and rectified the issue swiftly and satisfactorily! New building is lovely. Room was spacious and clean. Well maintained and will stay here again. "
