I was told to call when the plane landed to get the shuttle service. The guy rushed me off the phone. I was trying to tell him my plane lands late. When my plane landed he told me the shuttle services stop at 11. My plane landed at 11. There was a loud ass barking dog next door to me the whole weekend. Nothing was done about it after I complained. Roaches in my room Watermelon on the floor in the elevator when I arrived and the next day. Do I need to keep going?

overall was a good stay. The beds weren't up to Hilton standards. No housekeeping on the weekends. The breakfast bar wasn't as good as usual. I also think it's ridiculous to pay to park at a hotel you are already paying to stay in!!

AC in room was sporadic and fridge didn’t work…BUT that didn’t take away from the e optional staff including Brittany and Ashley at the bar. Food was excellent for both supper and bfast…check in was quick and easy…hotel is VERY NICE!
