"Pleasant enough although there was a bagpipe band staying who all decided to practice in the car park which might have been nice but they weren't all playing the same piece of music! And then proceeded to all gather and chat till late in the night. "

"Parking was easy and the atmosphere was very family orientated laid vack and rekaxing. Although i had alot of stairs to climb the staff were very happy to help me when i arrived and when i left thank you. "There were no staff on site. I thought there was supposed to be someone present up till 7pm. Since SMS did not work on our phone (we don't know why), the staff member had to give us the room code over the phone. I would not book here again; too risky with no one on site. Maybe you should let us check in, in person, at the other hotel as a backup."
