Situated in the vibrant coastal town of Hunstanton, this charming terraced cottage is an ideal haven for a family of 5, seeking a memorable seaside retreat. With a sunny courtyard garden and a cosy lounge featuring a wood burner, this welcoming home is ready and waiting, whatever the weather or time of the year.


Inside, the inviting lounge is finished in neutral tones with accents of seaside blues and features a warming wood burner, plush seating, and a Smart TV for entertainment. The adjacent dining room is stocked with various toys and games, ensuring endless amusement for children while you prepare meals. The newly renovated galley kitchen is fully equipped to cater to your culinary needs. A convenient family bathroom is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, the nautical-inspired design continues in the double bedroom, while the family room will delight younger guests with a single bed and charming 3' bunk beds (for children only). Step outside to discover a fully enclosed courtyard garden, perfect for savouring a morning coffee or basking in the evening sun. The space offers comfortable seating, and you’ll find beach games, buckets and spades for fun-filled days on the nearby sandy beach.


With its close proximity to the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, along with attractions like the SEA LIFE Centre, family funfair, crazy golf, and pristine beaches, all within half a mile, there's no shortage of entertainment options. Other nearby attractions include Sandringham Estate (8 miles), Norfolk Lavender Farm (2.5 miles), and the historic Holkham House (16 miles). Nature enthusiasts can explore the Hunstanton Cliffs (1 mile) and try to spot the grey seals and their adorable pups on the sandy shores.

- 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC (Please supply own towels)

- Electric oven, gas hob, fridge with icebox, combination microwave oven and washing machine

- Welcome pack

- Travel cot, booster seat, baby bath, stairgate

- Wood burner

- Smart TV, CD player, iPod dock

- Enclosed garden with table and chairs, and storage box with buckets, spades and beach games

- Free on-street parking available with no time restrictions

- Due to the age of the property the stairs are quite steep but there is a full length hand rail

- Beach, pub and shop 200 metres
