“This was a nightmare.
To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park.
But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it. At 4:43p, after several "updates", they said there was a phone number I could call, but as I had an important meeting at 4:45p, that I was supposed to be in……
