“This property was absolutely adorable and was largely as listed. I missed the part about the stair type ladder. But that was very clearly listed, but you do need to be aware that to access the loft bedroom you go up a stair type ladder. But that was on us. The cabin was immaculately clean, and everything we needed was provided.”

“My wife and thought the neighborhood was safe and the entrance to the property easy to find and a good distance from the main house tucked away at the back of the property. The house was cute, nicely laid out wit all of the conveniences taken care of. Absolutely loved the cotton bedding, it massively lifts the appeal of any place we stay. We not polyester lovers :) The area the cottage was quiet and we totally felt safe. We look forward to coming back again soon ”

“This home is so convenient to the downtown area. Plenty of sleeping space and an unexpected bonus of large tvs in every bedroom. Great for families with kids. We had to reach out to the get the entry code and the response was almost immediate. Would recommend this spot if wanting to be in the center of things.”

“Overall, my stay was nice and was a great location for my daughter, granddaughters, and myself to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday, shop, eat dinner, and spend time together. The living space was nice, bed in the bedroom was comfortable, the pull out beds from two couches were not as comfortable, but my granddaughters enjoyed the board games that were there. “We rented the property for our O40 soccer team for a tourney in Winston. It had plenty of room for the crew with lots of beds. The location was good with a nice wooded backyard. The house was fine, but could use some updating and probably a bit more seating options in the living room and king suite upstairs. Also, sponges or scrubbies in the kitchen would have been nice. All in all, though, it served the purpose and was a great house for our needs. Juan was really responsive and a great host.”

“This was our first time in Winston Salem to drop our son for college and the location of this townhouse was perfect. It’s close to the university. The place is very cozy and clean. It was perfect for our family of 4. I loved that there was a tv and ceiling fan in each room. We will definitely stay here again.”
