The Apartment Fully air-conditioned 1 bedroomed sleeps 4, self contained Penthouse Apartment 120M2 of indoor living space (sleeps four, 2 single beds and bed settee) with exclusive use of a 120M2 tiled roof terrace that has its own cool shower, built-in Bbq and boasts views to the Red Sea and mountains. Please note that there will be an additional charge for excessive electricity usage. The first 250le will be included in the rental cost, any usage above 250le will be chargeable to yourself. The kitchen is kitted out with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooker/oven, breakfast bar and four bar stools. A small (semi-automatic) washing machine is situated in the bathroom. The large lounge contains a 3 seater and 2 seater setee, bed settee and 4 bar stools. Stereo system (cd), satellite Tv, Dvd and coffee table. Cane chairs are provided on the balcony which is attached to this room. Two fully tiled bathrooms comprise of shower units, Wcs and sinks. A metal glass-top table, 4 bamboo easy-chairs and settee, and 4 wooden sun loungers + a shower are provided on the the roof terrace. A built in Bbq + various cooking equipement is also available for your use. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Palm Beach Hotel and beaches........... Mubarak 7 is a luxury villa community located in a new development area north of Hurghada, on the coast road to El Gouna. The area, which also contains several resorts, (a French school and numerous minimarkets) is approximately a 10 minute drive from the lively centre of Sakkala, 10 minutes from the souqs and bazaars of Downtown and only 15 minutes from Hurghada International Airport. With its quietness, space and nearness to the beach, our apartment is situated within a highly desirable area. Activities. Of course, if you are feeling that you need some exercise we can arrange for you to do some Kiteboarding, Horse riding, Scuba diving or Snorkelling all with certified instructors. We can take you out to the reef to go fishing and dolphin spotting……you may even get to swim with them!! Golf!! There is a Championship course within easy reach just up the road in El Gouna All this can be arranged for you during your stay and all are no further than a half hour drive away. Want to go further afield?
