"It’s great location if you want to visit Cinque Terre. The ferry terminal is walkable distance and the train station is not far away. You can park your car in the train station for free. The host is very friendly and helpful, he provided us good suggestions. We had great time there and Cinque Terre."

"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough! "

Had breakfast the one morning and it was really good value for E7 each. 12 minute walk to the square. Some noise if guests are awake early but that’s to be expected in a B&B. Shutters on the window kept the room dark when sleeping. A/C worked well and was quiet when I switched the swing function off. Parking was fine."

"Best vacation rental we ever had I think. Don't expect luxury, it's rustic but the location and size is fantastic. I wouldn't want to visit with toddlers though, too many steps. Be aware, although there were a nice selection of cooking items there was pretty much nothing else (like soap, toilet paper, detergent, clean sponge, trash bags etc.We had an absolute blast in Lerici with our teens :)"

The spa was wonderful and available to us to use privately for an hour when it was not in use. What a treat! Sauna, steam room relaxation areas with a freshly prepared treat made by the chef waiting for us.
Two nights was not enough to enjoy this beautiful property!

"The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't know how to locate parking, as there were no instructions on where the parking lot was, and I had to call the hotel ahead of time to open access to the parking lot. This resulted in a large check-in delay and unnecessary stress.

When you arrive at the property you are presented with the phone number to call the reception which is located somewhere else. When I called up the woman on the phone was not very helpful and trying to give me directions to get to reception which are down the road across the Roundabout up the hill and about one kilometer away. Once I got checked in the rest of it was fairly straightforward getting back to the property obtaining the key from the lock box and then getting into the room the room was supposed to have a ironing board but didn't"
