“Everything was better than expected, the hotel was quite stylish and modern and the room was was nice too. Maybe room carpet needs updating as it’s dated. Breakfast was really good better than the pictures show with unlimited coffee and juice, the coffee machine was a great standard but only thing is make sure you arrive for breakfast between 8:30-9am as they don’t really top the food up once it runs out. “Clean and modern hotel. Lovely rooms, lovely staff. Has everything you could possibly ever need. If you’re staying here definitely visit the sky bar restaurant, very good food and drinks, lovely view and nice vibe. Would definitely stay here again, staff are very helpful.”

“Fabulous place for stays after Therme”

“Could not fault the service or the accommodation provided. I had an issue with the lock (my issue as I was doing it wrong!) and had excellent communication to fix it. I would say check in with the accommodation holders ahead of time as it’s a self check in property and can be confusing ”

“Took a punt on this one as I wanted to stayed outside of BUC as I was travelling east early next norning. Nice clean modern hotel. Very friendly staff and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. So nice I returned on the way back to BUC instead of heading into the city.”

Host was not helpful we had a very dirty unusable kettle host just said I don’t t have another one.we had a snowstorm around 50 cm host did not check if we needed anything or provide anything to clear path . Very disappointing with host .”
