"This hotel was gorgeous and a great value."

"The room was cold, but the heat worked with no issue. I was afraid the twin sized bed would be way to small, but it was perfect for my six foot frame with room to spare. It seemed longer than a regular twin. The room had two water bottles and is right next to a food court, convenience store, and Dunkin Donuts. I had a wrap from Dunkin, which had no business being that good. I was going to get another one, but I went to sleep and woke up with no time to spare. The shower was great. I didn’t like that they didn't supply wash clothes, so I used one of the two hand towel to wash with. I really liked the hotel. I emailed them and checked in and out at odd times. Overall, it was very clean and convenient, other than the fact that it was so far from my gate. I would definitely stay their again, even if my layover were 5 or 6 hours instead of 10. "

"I did not like that they make you believe that is very close to the airport but if you miss their complementary transport from the airport taxis don’t want to take you back to the hotel because for them is way to small ride. They want to go to Seoul. I had that problem and it was cold and windy. Terrible experience "

"Lovely hotel, guest services were wonderful, staff spoke English making it easier for this non Korean speaking American to understand. The room was spotless and spacious. Beds were not tempurpedic, but they were comfortable. Nice hot water and good water pressure. Large bottles of water are provided daily."
