“Service was beyond amazing. Higher than 10/10\. Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely place to stay, accommodated any additional needs such as extra bed in our room. So close to Taj Mahal, so location was great. Would not hesitate to stay here again. WiFi was a bit weak, could not connect the tv to the wifi and signal was intermittent for my phone, but wasnt an issue as we only stayed one night. ”

“Staff were very attentive and helpful. Had an issue with the shower not draining and it was attended to and resolved and cleaned within 10mins. I arrived late at night after flight delays. The staff insisted on making me toast and jam so I wouldn't have to go hungry..... Booked a taxi through them which arrived early. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend. Great location and very quiet away from the busy town.”

“Small and cozy homestay well located. Beautiful and comfy room with much needed radiator supplying heat on cold January mornings. Staff were top notch and the breakfast and dinner tasty. Arranged transport and check in even after arriving late (close to 1:30 a.m. at airport). Allowed us to store luggage there during the week while we explored Jaipur and Agra. Defintely recommend if youre looking for a more boutique style hotel.”

"We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose ibis again, since the staff answer is keep looping…looping…"
