“The hotel had aa beautiful picture on Expedia that attracted me to reserve the place. Car could not enter through the narrow long lane to the hotel. It was night time my plane landed and the lane was dark. Next when I arrived the manager said he rejected Expedia’s price. He quoted me more than double the price. I checked the room. The balcony door would not lock which made me scared. The staircase was unstable. Most importantly, the reception would not answer phone calls everytime I called. I……

“The hitel.does not exist on the pun shown! The hotel owner denied booking and getting any booking money. Hitels.com customer care didnt give us a regund. Agent as well as tge supervisor said openly do you want to, we wonr issue refund.”
