“Staff were very attentive and helpful. Had an issue with the shower not draining and it was attended to and resolved and cleaned within 10mins. I arrived late at night after flight delays. The staff insisted on making me toast and jam so I wouldn't have to go hungry..... Booked a taxi through them which arrived early. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend. Great location and very quiet away from the busy town.”

“Eventhough the rooms appeared clean and new. The cups kept had dirt on them. The water was smelly. Also the AC was functioning in one of our rooms, when I informed they checked but it was not fixed. “Viajo una vez por año a Delhi y hoteles correctos en este rango de precios son imposibles de encontrar. El Colonel´s Retreat es casi como una casa, no es un hotel corriente. Muy prolijo y limpio. Tiene vigilancia en la puerta y el barrio está cerca del metro. El personal súper amable y atento. MUY RECOMENDABLE. Al llegar, recomiendo contratar pick up desde el hotel (un poco caro) porque el barrio es dificil de encontrar y los taxis de aeropuerto son poco confiables, seguramente lo paseen hasta...
