After booking the room days in advance, we drove nearly 7 hours to reach the property — with my wife unwell during the journey — only to receive a call from Mr. Bijoy at 5 PM asking us to cancel our reservation. The staff insisted on making me toast and jam so I wouldn't have to go hungry..... Booked a taxi through them which arrived early. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend. “There just room we were in was nice but after returning from dinner it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The staff quickly moved us but the next room was having the street where dogs barked all night and the mattress on the bed sagged in the middle. I have it a 3 because the staff were helpful, the rooftop restaurant and bar was nice and the building is very pretty. ”
