Ideal for families or large groups looking for a fun and relaxed stay, 10 min walk from lively Broad Ripple with restaurants, pubs & nightlife. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a base for exploring events/sports/concerts in Indy stadiums, Indiana State fairgrounds, convention center, this home has everything you need. Whether you are planning to come to town for a family get-together, sporting event, music concert, religious or corporate convention, this home will cater yo your needs and book you next stay with us. This home is centrally located Indianapolis and Indiana State Fairgrounds, Lucas oil stadium, Indiana convention center, Pacers Gainbridge stadium, Clowes memorial, Butler University, Newfields art museum and Indy downtown are all within 20 min of this home. Indiana state fairgrounds is 10 min from this home. We can offer check in as early as noon and check out as late as noon, based on availability and request. So Noon to Noon stays. This unique and beautiful 2-story, fenced single-family home boasts 5 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and exclusive parking for up to 5 cars, including a detached parking garage for a mid-sized car/SUV. Enjoy a keyless entry and a welcoming porch with rocking chairs. The living room features a wall-mounted 65-inch LG smart TV and opens to 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs, including a master suite on each floor. The home sleeps up to 10-12 adults with the option to add an air mattress. All 5 bedrooms come with high-end mattresses, including Nectar and Euro-top, and most of them smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney subscriptions. 2 Full bath including a beautiful luxurious bath downstairs which has a beautiful Walk in shower and 2 people jetted bathtub. The 4th bedroom upstairs opens into a spacious fenced private backyard, with a good size deck. The lower level has a beautiful romantic themed downstairs bedroom with lights for ambience and 43 in LG TV. Large open living room with kitchen downstairs and good place to entertain a large group. There is another room downstairs which has a futon/sofa and can sleep 1 person. There's also a spacious backyard with a deck, grill, and outdoor dining. A flexible check-in and checkout time is available based on availability. Experience luxury and comfort in the heart of Broad Ripple, just 10 minutes from nightlife, restaurants, and shopping centers.
