This resort-style home is located in a world-famous community and is perfect for all your vacation needs. It's where style and sophistication meet entertainment and fun. Treat yourself to the perfect vacation rental close to the Coachella Valley Music Festival and polo grounds. Breezin' is a stunning four-bedroom private pool and spa, offering 2,253 square feet of luxury living. Within the living room, you will experience the perfect area for entertaining. Enjoy the amazing backyard and impress your friends with your hidden talent in mixology while creating new memories on your vacation.  
  
Outdoor:   
If you are looking for a reason to vacation with your favorite people, this property is it! The amazing backyard will host your family and friends perfectly and comes with so much entertainment. Swim the day away in the refreshing pool, let the kids splash away on the tanning shelf then watch the sunset from one of four lounge chairs. Grab a drink and play a friendly match on the foosball table. Stay cool under the patio ceiling fan while you mingle with your friends. The outdoor barbecue and kitchen are perfect for preparing all your meals! Grab a seat on the bar height seating around the island grill with seating for four and watch the family chef cook up some yummy food. Enjoy your favorite beer while you relax around the natural-gas fire table, and start planning your next trip with Vacanza Stays.   
  
Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.  
  
Indoor:  
This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 76-inch Samsung Smart television in comfort remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a GE french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for four. Play a fun game of Golden Tee Golf or classic Pac-Man on the arcade machines located just off the kitchen. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.  
  
Bedroom Descriptions:  
Master Suite 1 is located to the right of the living room and features a King-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 50-inch Fire Smart television, and a ceiling fan with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.  
  
Bedroom 2 is located across the hallway bathroom and features a Queen-sized Bed, ceiling fan, and large reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 is located to the left of Bedroom 2 and features two Full-sized Beds, a ceiling fan, and a large reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 is located to the left of Bedroom 3 and features a Full Over Full Bunk Bed and a large reach-in closet.   
  
The hallway bathroom is located across from Bedroom 2 and features a tile shower, and two vanity sinks. A powder room is located across from the laundry room and features a vanity sink.   
  
Bedroom Sleeping Arrangements:  
Master Suite 1: 1 King-sized Bed, 1 Full-sized Sofa Sleeper - Sleeping 3.  
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen-sized Bed - Sleeping 2.

Other Amenities: WiFi Wireless internet. High-quality linens, bath, pool towels, and a starter set of L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponge and dishwasher pods. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and laundry pods. This property also features parking for 6, which includes 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and 2 on the street.  
  
Location: Breezin' is in one of the very best locations, just off the "Golden Mile" Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111\. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. This property has a doorbell camera next to the front door entrance, a camera above the garage door facing the driveway, and on the side of the house, a camera above the pool equipment facing down. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringing upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. 8 of us came on a golf trip. The house accommodated us with no problem. House had everything we needed. Would have given it a 5 but there is no foosball table or billiards like the pictures suggest.
