“Beautiful property, beautiful farm and great old House. Farm store right next by was great also. However, no TV in our room and the TV downstairs wasn’t working, also no WiFi at all. I understand getting away from it all in the beautiful country, but to have no internet was disappointing. The breakfast was made and left in fridge before we arrived. It was a tasty plate of cold cuts, fruit , cheeses. A nice hot breakfast featuring eggs and meats from their farm would have been a lot more fun. ……

“Loved the fact that the inn is old and historic. Room was great. I’m a sports nut and downtime on weekends i like to watch some college football. Be forewarned, there is no TV. Which ends up good as you can hear conversations from the room beside yours. I didn’t care for the music from the barn behind the property although it did end at a reasonable hour. These are small things but I tend to be sensitive to extraneous sounds. ”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and had a lovely view from the main deck. What really made this house amazing was our hostess, Annie. She was very accommodating. Our breakfast was outstanding. Annie was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the best places to visit and eat. The house has a couple decks that could use some updating and a vine was well on its way to choking out a beautiful large tree near the main deck. Take note that if you’re planning on renting……

“We really enjoyed the property. It was clean. Internet worked well. Washer and dryer was nice. Too cold to enjoy the hot tub for me. My suggestions are a new shower head, thank goodness I didn’t have to wash my hair. The flow is too spread out and not enough to efficiently rinse as you shower. Second is a cheaper Kcup machine would be nice. Traveling with ground coffee is not really ideal for a quick trip away. Third thing I suggest is two beach towels (minimum) for the use of the hot tub.
