He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. “I had a paid reservation at this Bed and Breakfast and when I arrived no one answered the door, or the phone. There were piles of snow blocking street parking and the walkway, and stairs were covered in snow and ice. I ended up having to make a reservation at the Embassy Suites.”
