“The room we had needs a lot of cleaning and a check of the air conditioning system. Couldn’t get the air to go any lower than 70 degrees. Bathroom needs new caulking and grout. Carpeting needs to be replaced and the vents in the bathroom need to be cleaned”

“Our experience was extremely disappointing. After driving 8 hours, we arrived to check in and were initially told that the hotel had been overbooked, there were no rooms available, and there was nothing they could do. We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. A few moments later, we were told there was one room left, so after such a long drive, we decided to take a chance and take the room. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The air conditioner was literally hanging……

“The bed was like sleeping on a hard piece of wood. The air conditioner made a rattling sound when it ran. When you’ve been traveling all day and just want to rest… but can’t because of the noisy air conditioner. The towels are so thin I had to use multiple to clean and dry off. For the price it was much less than expected.”

“The room was clean and it did look like the room was in a log cabin. The ceiling was awesome. Lots of hot water and the fridge wirked great. The beds, well, they were not comfortable to sleep in. Due to how hard the bed was we did not get a good sleep. And the microwave was on top of fridge but not due the plug would not reach the outlet. The only place to put it was on the floor so could use it.”

“Shampoo and soap were pathetic. Towels were thin. No good coffee. Otherwise, completely clean and adequate.”
