“Our room did not get the bed made, the towels refreshed. And the soap dispenser above the bath was empty, it didn’t even have a refill bag. The hotel is very dated and tatty. The reception is unwelcoming , too few seats, and few staff When I phoned reception , I should have been told the cleaners to make beds etc. only come in on the third day We stayed 2 nights.now renamed THE WORST WESTERN.”

“The room was perfect for an adult and two teenagers, lovely spacious and clean, everything you need for a few days. The staff were all very helpful and kind, will definitely be staying again”
