"Good value "

"The room was clean as always but in need of an upgrade which the property is doing as it can. The bed - of course THE most important part of a stay was EXCELLENT. I always get great rest when staying at this property. No excessive noises, good breakfast options, fresh coffee (VITAL!). The value was worth it to be sure and I will continue to stay at the property. The staff is fantastic, all friendly, respectful and pleasant to interact with."

"My experience at this Motel 6 was extremely disappointing. There was no staff on-site, and check‑in was done through a digital kiosk where you speak to someone overseas who has no understanding of the property. When I booked, the listing clearly stated a non‑smoking room with a refrigerator and microwave. However, upon arrival, they assigned me a room with none of those amenities. When I complained, the person on the iPad said the only room with a fridge and microwave was a smoking room. It smelled terrible, but I had food that needed refrigeration, so I had no choice but to take it. The bathroom was filthy and very old, the bedsheet had burn holes, and the entire room felt unsafe and uncomfortable. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone"

"The male indian staff needs to be retrained for customer service. Told him that the AC is making alot of noise and he said that’s the compressor and all rooms are like that. I never had a problem like this and stayed in multiple hotels. Then he said I can put you in another room, which he put us in front of the elevator and blocked view. I specifically asked before checking in not to put us in fron of the elevator because im a light sleeper, which he purposedly did."

"It's a nice hotel, however it is looking its age, so expect rust on the light fittings in the bathroom and slight damage in your bedroom. The AC unit in our room was incredibly loud both in cool and heat mode and kept waking us up, otherwise it was good stay. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is a basic but good start to the day. Sadly, during our stay the hotel had to bring in pest control for an issue in our neighbour's room, we assumed it was solved as we didn't see or hear any other complaints. "
