Beautiful 2nd floor luxury condo right on the beach with 2 walk overs, an oceanside pool and hot tub, a 3rd floor HEATED pool and hot tub, (bathrooms for both pool areas) . 2 master bedroom suites with king beds 2 full bath beachfront condo located near the heart of Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Brand new in 2006 The LARGE balcony sits atop the Atlantic Ocean and can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. It has a very well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and new quartz counter-tops. The living room and 2nd bedroom has a large flat screen tv. Master has a smaller flat screen tv. The building has a full-time resident manager on site. There is a fitness center with showers, sauna steam room. I have chairs, umbrellas, bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, beach bags, kids plastic beach toys, a wagon to carry it all and more for your use stored in our one car garage.. I have installed beautiful new wood floors throughout (the master King bed is actually adjustable dual Posturepedic beds with remote controls.). the kitchen was totally redone in 2021. The balcony has plenty of seating and a dining table. The views from this unit are incredible. (2nd flloor and you can see all the way down the beach in both directions.

This condo is beautiful! It was well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner and her representative was great as well. The complex did not feel crowded, and we appreciated the use of the beach chairs/accessories.

Beautiful Oceanfront condo - hear waves as you sleep
We had an amazing stay. The condo is perfect location. Lots of restaurants and the beach is beautiful. The condo had everything you need. It is beautiful. The weather was cool so we never turned on the AC and kept the doors open and could hear the waves from our bed. Slept great. The facilities are excellent... including a rooftop pool! Host was so welcoming and great to work with. We will be back!

Excellent location on beach with great balcony views!
Very updated, high-end furnishings in this condo. Very clean (extra high marks here!) Comfortable bedding and living accommodations. We enjoyed our stayed immensely and condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen is well equipped; we had fun using bikes on the beach, gated parking is nice; close to many restaurants if you enjoy walking a little bit. We walked to Tiki bar just north of condo and enjoyed bar grub & good drinks. We were here over July 4th and had wonderful fireworks viewing from the balcony! There is so much that is offered with this home and highly recommend it.... we have used the two most popular vacation rental sites (not allowed to mentioned them here) many times and find this stay to be our favorite! Thanks, Carol for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home!

My family and I love the beach and only had a few days to take an impromptu trip. We were blessed to find this beautiful, cozy, comfortable yet luxurious condo. It was everything we expected. Perfect beach vacation
Condo was exactly as described and as pictured. The owner was very organized with lots of clear instructions and great communication. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. The beach was very clean and not very crowded most days. Can also recommend using East Coast sport rentals if you want lounge chairs and an umbrella setup for you. They are a few blocks north but were willing to bring it down and set it up in front of the condo beach access for us. The condo complex has a couple of pools with one of which being heated and completely shaded in the morning which was our favorite. Had it totally to ourselves on the couple days that we used it. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend staying here.

This condo met all of our expectations! Such a pretty view, comfortable beds and they even had a pack n play and highchair for our 6 month old!! There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the owner had great communication. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great winter getaway on Jax Beach
My husband and I decided to escape the MN winter and hide out in Jax Beach. We were familiar with the area and really like the access to a natural food store, Southern Grounds coffee and nice restaurants. We had friends and family visit during our stay and they all commented on how nice the property is. We loved the roominess of the deck and enjoyed watching the beach traffic while sipping on coffee or a glass of wine. It was a wonderful stay and we really appreciated all the amenities like the pool and hot tub and workout room. I would highly recommend staying here.
