The property is beautiful, with many plants and flowers both inside and outside. It’s obvious that Adam takes pride in maintaining his property and enjoys gardening, which I, my sister and my daughter all appreciate! The rooms have a comfortable, fun vibe. It was our first visit to JAX Beach. This VRBO home is located in a nice neighborhood. Great location to the beach, pier and area restaurants. Very comfortable space. We especially enjoyed the backyard sitting area, pool and the complimentary Kuerig coffee varieties. 😎🌴

Winter haven
This is my second year escaping the midwestern cold by staying with Adam during a full month. This property is perfect to work remotely, drink your morning coffee by the pool, walk on the beach on your lunch break, and go to town in the evening for dinner and fun. Adam is the best host! Never hesitate to ash him for anything you need because he's awesome. Looking forward to be able to escape again in 2025!
