"Check-in with the hotel staff was a straight-forward and welcoming. The room + bathroom were both spacious and very clean. We had dinner at the Shanghai Garden Restaurant - there was a menu for Chinese food and another menu for everything else. We ordered the Chicken Adobo rice, shanghai lumpia appetizer, lechon appetizer, and a few bottles of San Miguel Pale Pilsen; everything tasted great! Chin and Caren we're taking care of us during dinner and their service was also outstanding.

"Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight.
