“Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. “The entire facility needs a lot improvement/renovations. The room smells musty/moldy. The water supply was very limited! They didn’t inform us ahead of time and we only found out when we were already checked in. You need to take a steep, narrow stairs to go to their restaurant or to go out of the building. No view from the room we booked, not even a window. Just a sliding door facing the compound so you wont really be able to appreciate the sceneries of Tagaytay unlas you walk to the common……

“The hotel was great! Clean and beautiful, food from the restaurant was good. I just think that I came at the wrong time (rainy season) we were stranded in the hotel because there only street to and from the hotel was flooded. Couldn’t get a ride out of the hotel. Most of the staff was kind and helpful except from one, she always had an excuse as to why something can’t be done or amenities can’t be used.
