“Host, Keith, super responsive and kind. Knew would be small one bedroom so exactly what expected. ”

“The pillows smell bad.”

“The location was good as we were between Marshall and Jefferson. The house was cute and clean and we very much enjoyed out stay.”

“Nice place to stay for some peace and quiet. Had fun using a kayak to explore a bit at the wildlife refuge. Thank you!”

“The room was absolutely perfect for a short trip to Caddo Lake. Two beds, shower/toilet, AC, parking, TV with roku, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and easy access to everything around the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the AC kept us cool the entire stay. My only complaint is that the showerhead was too powerful, and the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. There is peeling on the floor.”

“Property was exactly as listed. Had a little confusing with payment because the property takes direct payment, but the host walked us through that and had us taken care of before our stay arrived! It is off the beaten pass slightly, but the area is secure and worth it!”

“Perfect cabin for couples weekend getaway”

“Was as advertised. Nice view everything worked.”

“The cabin has a good location to access the water; however, it is poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed the chairs and tables outside were covered with dust and bird poo. We cannot close the door very well and we had to fix it. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner provided. What is even worse, we didn’t dare to use the microwave or coffee maker because they look dirty. The refrigerator is also dirty.”

“The cabin was clean and really cute…but we weren’t prepared for the lack of kitchen accommodations and accessories. Bring your own dishes and utensils and kitchen towels! A broom would have been good too. ”
