"The service was superb the evening shift and the early morning shift were two shifts that I was involved with majority of my stay as it was busy so I was off property during the afternoon shift, housekeeping, and all support staff were very accommodating, friendly and very welcoming we truly did enjoy our stay."

"Our toilet seat was VERY loose. I asked the front desk to send a maintenance person to fix it, however he said that the mx personnel had left for the day. So, I tightened it myself, by hand. For the almost $200 per night, I would expect EVERYTHING in our room to be perfect!!"
