“The pictures that are shown on Expedia’s website must be back from 1960 when the place was maybe new I don’t know when it was established, but I would love to post pictures of what this place looks like now it’s out in the middle of nowhere no security run down disappointed doesn’t capture my feelings had I not been with two other women I would have left the property. I barely slept four hours. My advice don’t go not to this place anyway.”

“I feel like the view from the front porch is one of the best in the city. We loved sitting to watch the sunrise and sunset there, and if it's too cold or hot you can just open the window blinds and see everything. We appreciated the owner's fast responses and that he checked in on us. The only thing we didn't realize was the house is connected to another, but there is a decent amount of room between everyone and it didn't bother us. It was still very quiet and peaceful there, and it's only 10-15……

“Room both comfortable and attractively decorated. Private patio and public patio outside our door very attractive, quiet, relaxing. Breakfast room cozy, food exactly what we liked: breads, fresh fruit, hot egg dish, staff friendly and accommodating. Location quiet, comfortably short walk to Plaza and city center. All in all, a lovely experience away from crowds, but close to plenty of Santa Fe action.”

“We really enjoyed the Avery at 215 Washington! Just perfect for my husband and I to ebb and flow throughout Santa Fe and beyond. Easy day trips to Abiquiu and Taos. Avery was equipped well for our needs. We really loved the hassle-free experience! We would definitely recommend and stay here again! ”

“Everything was amazing. The host and cleaning staff were beyond wonderful. I requested that they decorate The Juliette as a surprise for my husband's 60th birthday and they went above and beyond. In addition, it is very clean, has all the amenities, very well decorated, great location, parking, comfortable bed, plenty of towels. We could not have asked for better and we will for sure stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Santa Fe. Thank you for such a wonderful time. ”
