The hotel is falling apart i had major issues with my room including bathroom lighting smell etc they took care of everything but it seems like they do not maintain anything i also had an issue with an employee by the name of chagas who refused to confirm an airport transfer claiming that he had no authority to do that seriously it is a liability to have this property in your menu it was a major dissappointment

Really needs improvement.
Bathroom trash can was really old, rusted and damaged. Completely unacceptable for a hotel with this level as f classification. Still on bathroom, the ceramic tiles grout needs urgent attention. At the restaurant, no sign plates with juice flavors and desserts. What if I’m allergic to shrimp, how can I identify the appetizers with shrimp, if there’s no plates? Overall very poor experience. They need to renew and remodel the management techniques.

Clean hotel with a great location
The hotel's location was great. However check-in took almost 30 minutes as they only had one person and guests with issues. Yet the rest of the services were great, from valet parking to check-out. The room was clean and cool, however the bed was too firm and I woke each morning with aches in pains on my body. Breakfast services were average...I've had better in João Pessoa and the northeast of Brazil. Overall is was great for the location and prompt service.

Good for pleasure ok for business
Great hotel with a open to public gym right next door. Nice pool, near some good restaurant and walking distance to the mall. Safe neighborhood and great breakfar. The only thing not a100% was the internet that was slow at times but overall one of the best hotels in Joao Pessoa.

Management in denial of problems
Hotel looks nice and is in a good location. However it is clearly suffering from lack of maintenance. The games room has broekn games and the gym is mouldy. My shower was leaking and poorly looked after WiFi signal is too weak to work within rooms and you have to go to reception. Breakfast is okay, a nice touch is a chef who makes your omellete for you. On the down side the juice is watered down and one day guests were served sour milk.

Ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, manobrista muito rápido e atencioso, café da manhã muito caprichado e organizado, muitos funcionários cuidando da reposição, limpeza, organização, servindo o que for solicitado alem do buffet, em resumo um espetáculo. Área de pscina excelente e de frente para o mar, cadeiras e sombrinhas na áreia em frente ao hotel e com atendimento do bar, musica ao vivo durante o dia na área da piscina e luau a noite na areia. Quarto e banheiro super limpos e bem arrumados, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Nota 1000

Hotel muito confortável e com uma equipe sempre muito atenciosa. Café da manhã com bastante variedade de itens. O bar da piscina tem uma boa carta de drinks, e tambem tem serviço de praia. Manobristas muito cuidadosos, filmam o carro antes de levarem para a garagem, como forma de registrar o estado do veiculo, ao receberem-no. Senti falta de um cesto de lixo no quarto, para poder descartar garrafas plasticas, latas etc. No hotel não havia um único cesto de lixo destinado apenas para materiais reciclaveis. Os lixos são únicos, e recebem orgânicos e recicláveis. Podiam dedicar uma atenção maior para a questão da reciclagem. Fora isso, o hotel atende muitíssimo bem, e ficaria muito feliz em passar novas férias nesse lugar.
