"This is a beautifully designed, constructed, and maintained large log cabin right on Wallowa Lake. Great views of the lake, the East Moraine, and up the lake a peek at the mountains. "While we enjoyed the cabin, it was clean and stocked with a lot of things one would need to cook up a meal. There were a few things that we had a problem with. The foot rest on the recliner doesn’t stay up. The king bed doesn’t really fit the bedroom, the side next to the bathroom is just over a foot away from the wall. "Easy walk to down town. Quiet private location, great views from deck. Digital lock was not reset to our combination but luckily a side door was left open. Primary local contact on vacation, secondary went to vm but later that evening the lock was reset. Somehow ended up on VACASA who do not answer their phone calls. Have always done well with /VRBO what who is non responsive VACASA they are not good."

"My family wanted a place to relax and create memories. The Treehouse gave us that and so much more. We are already planning a couple more stays next year. The only downside was the beds. "If you’re looking for an affordable, conveniently located cabin at Wallowa Lake that will keep you warm and dry, this fits the bill. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and well enough appointed. The price was right and the location close to the state park and the lake. Quiet neighborhood while we were there, midweek in late May."
