"We have a good size room, air con and sir filter is a plus, and I like the sink been separated with the bath room. The only thing I do not like is the old bed sheets, think it should be replaced. Other than that everything is good!"

"Lovely helpful staff. Rooms are clean and beds were reasonable quality. The building is older. I personally thought the price was a bit high for the condition of the hotel and basic amenities. Regardless, it met our needs for a basic trip"

"Everything was very good except the check-in process. The chalet is beautiful set in the forest. Has a wonderful large lounge with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the forest and very comfy seating. The room was great. Although a pr of comfy chairs to sit by the wonderful fire would be welcome addition. The only stressor was checking in before arrival. The property sends you a link to check in, which requires you to upload a gov ID. With photo. It rejected my WA state drivers licence, no matter how many times I tried. I eventually called and they sent me a check-in where no ID was , but I had to text a photo of it to the number I had called. With cell coverage being very spotty it stressed me out. As we were driving to the property, and the information said they have no front desk. So be aware if your id is rejected. Just call them. They were very helpful."

"We booked in for a quick overnight before catching the ferry. I tried to contact the property several times to get a room change or add a cot to our room. My calls and messages were never returned. When we arrive at 9:30, half an hour before closing, the office was closed. I called and they had left our key in a box but didn’t even know about my messages. We made it work (my one son slept on a hard couch that folded open like a futon but was incredibly stiff with a metal bar along the middle. Cleanliness was superficial. New paint but lots of dings. The AC unit dusty and I did not dare turn it on. The bathroom had no lock and was missing a cupboard handle. The freezer was full of frost and unusable. The headboard of the bed was covered in dust. But the worst part was waking up wlamd finding hairs in the bed (black…. My husband is bald and my hair is red) and also a few ants around. Overall I would not stay here again. It’s a dive."
